Acceptable Use Policy

1. You may not use SociGaps to

• Access, scrape, collect or attempt to obtain data in a way that violates law, a platform's terms or technical access controls.
• Steal credentials, session cookies, access tokens or other authentication material.
• Impersonate another person or business deceptively, create fake reviews, manipulate engagement or operate spam campaigns.
• Harass, stalk, threaten or target people based on sensitive traits in an unlawful or harmful manner.
• Upload malware, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with service availability or attempt unauthorized access.
• Copy or publish competitor creative assets, logos, trademarks or copyrighted material without appropriate rights.
• Use generated content to make deceptive, unsupported or unlawful advertising claims.
• Resell, sublicense or expose SociGaps credentials or restricted platform data except as expressly permitted.
• Use the service for unlawful goods, fraud, market manipulation or other illegal activity.

2. Platform-specific compliance

Users connecting Meta or other platforms must comply with the terms, permissions, rate limits, content rules and developer policies applicable to those platforms. SociGaps may disable an integration when continued use would create security, legal or platform-policy risk.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected abuse, limit functionality, remove prohibited material, suspend an account, revoke integration access or terminate service where reasonably necessary. Serious illegal conduct may be reported where required by law.
