1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files or similar browser storage technologies used by websites and web applications to remember information, maintain sessions and support security.
2. Essential SociGaps cookies
The SociGaps application may use strictly necessary cookies or equivalent technologies for:
- Authentication and login sessions.
- Security and CSRF protection.
- Load/session continuity and fraud prevention.
- Remembering essential account or interface state.
These technologies are required for the application to function securely and cannot always be disabled through SociGaps controls.
3. Analytics and preference technologies
If SociGaps later enables non-essential analytics, performance or preference cookies on the public website, we will provide appropriate information and consent controls where required by applicable law. We do not use third-party advertising cookies inside authenticated customer workspaces as a standard product feature.
4. Third-party integrations
When you leave SociGaps for a third-party authorization page, such as Meta's login or consent screen, that third party may use cookies under its own privacy and cookie policies. SociGaps does not control third-party cookies placed on third-party domains.
5. Browser controls
You can usually delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the SociGaps application from signing you in or maintaining a secure session.
