1. Human control
AI recommendations and generated campaigns are assistive. Users are expected to review, edit, approve and take responsibility for material before it is published or used in business decisions.
2. Evidence before recommendation
Where SociGaps presents a market gap or competitor insight, we aim to attach source evidence, a confidence level and relevant limitations. A model's explanation is not proof of why a social platform algorithm promoted a post.
3. Originality
SociGaps is designed to identify reusable patterns such as topic, format, hook, customer question and offer structure, then create original material for the user's brand. Users must not use SociGaps to reproduce protected competitor images, logos, videos or substantial copyrighted expression without permission.
4. No guaranteed outcomes
AI-generated opportunities and campaigns are hypotheses. SociGaps does not guarantee virality, ranking, engagement, leads, conversions, sales, CPA or ROAS.
5. Data minimization
We aim to send only the context reasonably needed for an AI feature. We do not use Meta Platform Data to train our own general-purpose AI model. Third-party AI processing, where used, is governed by applicable provider terms and our privacy commitments.
6. High-impact decisions
SociGaps is a marketing and business-intelligence product. It is not intended to make autonomous decisions about employment, credit, insurance, healthcare, legal rights or other high-impact eligibility decisions.
7. Reporting concerns
Users may report problematic output, misleading recommendations, suspected copying or other AI concerns to sm@qort.com.
