Soci1. Request deletion
- Send the request from your registered email address.
Email sm@qort.com with the subject “SociGaps Data Deletion Request”.
- Identify the account.
Include your SociGaps account email and, if applicable, the workspace or brand name. Do not include your password, Meta access token or any other secret.
- Complete verification if requested.
For security, we may ask you to verify control of the account or workspace before deleting data.
- Receive confirmation.
We will acknowledge the request and ordinarily complete verified deletion within 30 days, unless a shorter period is required by law or limited data must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, billing or security obligations.
2. If you connected Facebook or Instagram
You can also revoke SociGaps access from your Meta/Facebook settings. Removing the app prevents future authorized access from that Meta connection. To request deletion of data already stored by SociGaps, follow the deletion steps above.
If Meta transmits a user-data deletion request to SociGaps through an approved deletion mechanism, we will process that request in accordance with our obligations and applicable law.
3. What we delete
Subject to verification and legal retention requirements, a full account deletion request may include:
- Account profile and authentication records that are not legally required to be retained.
- Workspace membership and brand configuration associated only with the deleting account, where appropriate.
- Stored Meta integration tokens and connection records associated with the account or workspace being deleted.
- Campaign drafts, generated content and user-created configuration that is not required by another active workspace owner.
- Personal support information and other personal data that is no longer required for a lawful purpose.
4. Data that may be retained
We may retain limited records where necessary for legal compliance, tax/accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or enforcement. Where feasible, retained records are minimized or separated from active product data and are not used for ordinary marketing purposes.
5. Disconnect is different from deletion

| Revoke Meta/SociGaps connection | Stops future access through the revoked authorization. It does not automatically delete the SociGaps account. |
| Delete SociGaps account/data | Requests deletion of personal data held by SociGaps, subject to verification and legally required retention. |
| Remove one competitor | Removes that competitor from your workspace; it is not the same as deleting your account. |
